Hillevi Duus (b. 1985 in Gothenburg) is a composer and musician based in Stockholm. She is currently studying composition at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, with a practice ranging from contemporary chamber music and choral works to electroacoustic pieces and sound installations. She has long been engaged in collective and cross-disciplinary projects where sound, music, and other art forms intersect. She has studied Sound in Interaction at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design, and the post-master’s course Critical Images at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. For many years, she has been a driving member of the bands Radula, Growth, and Hunt, with which she has released several albums and toured in Europe, the USA, and Asia. As a musician, Hillevi is primarily a bassist and a drummer, but she also has extensive experience with clarinet.
